Company - 5B & Co. is a company that makes handmade candles in a variety of scents.
Project - Design a set of retail bags for the handmade candle company, 5B & Co.
Thought Process - I wanted the handmade quality of the candles to be reflected in the design. So I created vibrant watercolor backdrops in various hues for the bags with the company's logo reversed out. To complement the handmade quality a cream colored paper with a rough texture was chosen for the construction. The handles are made out of candle wick and candle wraps were made to go along with the set.
The middle size bag was awarded a silver Omni by the Ad Club of Kansas City.
